Histone H2B

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Reacts with histone H2B in human nuclear fractions. Does not crossreact with other histones, H1, H2A, H3 or H4. Species Crossreactivity: Binding of histone H2B from other species has not been tested. Species crossreactivity is expected due to sequence homology of histone H2B appears to be identical in all species examined.
