IgG, F(ab')2, X-adsorbed (FITC)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol. Aliquot and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes Mouse IgG F(ab')2 fragment. Does not crossreact with mouse IgG F(c), anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(ab')2 or bovine, equine, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(ab')2 and mouse serum.
