IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed (PE)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes Mouse IgG F(ab')2. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-phycoerythrin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(ab')2 and mouse serum. Does not crossreact with anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgG F(c) or bovine, equine or human serum proteins.
