PAK1,2, phosphorylated (Ser199/204) (Ser192/197) (p21 Activated Kinase 1, 2)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Detects endogenous levels of Ser199/204 phosphorylated human PAK1 or Ser192/197 phosphorylated human PAK2. It may also detect Ser200/205 phosphorylated PAK3, however it does not crossreact with phosphorylated PAK4. Species Crossreactivity: Guinea pig. Predicted to crossreact with mouse and rat based on sequence homology.
