Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
80332
Reactivity
Human
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Recognizes human ADAM33 at ~80-90kD and strong ladder from 26 to 38kD in Human Prostate lysates after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. This protein has a calculated MW of 87.7kD according to NP_079496.1. This antibody is expected to recognize isoform alpha (NP_079496) and not isoform beta (NP_694882).
