Metazachlor
Metazachlor is a chloroacetamide herbicide that inhibits very-long-chain fatty acid synthesis, disrupting cell division and tissue differentiation in susceptible weeds during germination. It is widely used in agricultural research and as a biochemical tool for studying plant lipid biosynthesis and herbicide mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo experimental systems.
