Cu (II) GTSM is a cell-permeable copper complex that acts as a potent GSK3β inhibitor. It reduces amyloid-β trimers and phosphorylated tau, and has been shown to rescue cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease mouse models, supporting its use in both in vitro and in vivo neurodegenerative disease research.
