IgG, F(ab')2 (AP)

May be stored at 4 °C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes guinea pig IgG, F(ab')2. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG, Guinea Pig IgG F(ab')2 and Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against Guinea Pig IgG F(c).
