ACES
ACES (N- (2-Acetamido) -2-aminoethanesulfonic acid) is a zwitterionic biological buffer effective between pH 6.8 and 7.2. It is widely used in biochemical research and cell culture applications to maintain stable pH conditions for both in vitro assays and in vivo perfusion studies.
