Anti - Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptor (AT1)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

The 10 AA rat immunogenic peptide is 100% identical in mouse, rat, human, porcine and rabbit. The sequence is the same in all AT II receptor isoforms (Type 1a, 1b and 1c). It has no sequence homology with other G-protein coupled receptors. Actual crossreactivity of antibodies in all species is not established
