For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity

Recognizes an epitope within the C-Terminal (CT) region of human Apolipoprotein L1 (APOL1). Detects a band of approximately 45kDa in human brain (frontal cortex) cell lysates.
