IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed (FITC)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes rabbit IgG, F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG, rabbit IgG F(ab')2 and rabbit serum. Does not crossreact with Rabbit IgG F(c) or human serum proteins.
