IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed (PE)

May be stored at 4 °C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4 °C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes human IgG, F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(ab')2 and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Human IgG F(c) or Bovine, Equine, Mouse and Rat Serum Proteins.
