IgG, IgA, IgM, H&L, X-adsorbed (FITC)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes mouse IgG, IgA, and IgM (all isotypes and chain combinations). Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein and anti-goat serum. Does not crossreact with anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or human serum proteins.
