IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (PE)

May be stored at 4 °C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4 °C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes mouse IgG F(c) fragment. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-phycoerythrin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(c) and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti goat IgG F(c), mouse IgG F(ab')2 or bovine, equine or human serum proteins.
