Nelonemdaz potassium

Nelonemdaz potassium (Salfaprodil) is an uncompetitive, NR2B-selective NMDA receptor antagonist with neuroprotective and free radical scavenging properties. It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models, protecting against excitotoxic and oxidative stress-induced neuronal death in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
