MB-VC-MGBA is a drug-linker conjugate designed for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It incorporates a potent minor-groove-binding DNA-alkylating agent (MGBA) for antitumor activity. This payload-linker system is utilized in ADC research for evaluating efficacy in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models.
