BAMEA-O16B
BAMEAO16B is a reducible lipid nanoparticle designed for the efficient intracellular delivery of Cas9 mRNA and sgRNA. Upon cellular entry, its disulfide bonds are cleaved, releasing the RNA payload to enable CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing in both in vitro and in vivo research applications.
