Nerve Growth Factor, beta (NGFb)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes mouse Nerve growth factor-beta (NGF). Less than 1% crossreactivity against recombinant human NT3, NT4 and BDNF by ELISA. Species Crossreactivity: Rat, chicken and human NGF-beta. Does not react with bovine NGF.
