May be stored at 4 °C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 °C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive.

Recognizes mouse Fc portion of IgG heavy chain. Does not recognize F(ab')2 portion of mouse IgG. Does not recognize mouse IgM or other serum proteins. Exhibits minimal crossreactivity to human, bovine and equine serum proteins.
