Recognizes Tankyrase (TRF1 interacting ankyrin-related ADP-ribose polymerase). The human T0900-15 petide sequence is not found in TANK-1 isoform 2. Species Sequence Homology: 100% conserved in mouse TANK1. Minimal sequence conservation with TANK2.
