IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (Cy5)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Cy5 conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes mouse IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, equine, human, rat, rabbit and sheep serum proteins.
