Immunoglobulin Superfamily Member 4C (IGSF4C, Nectin-Like 4, TSLC1-Like Protein 2, TSLL2)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol in PBS and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human lGSF4C. In direct ELISAs and Western Blots, shows ~10% crossreactivity with recombinant human IGSF4B and less than 1% crossreactivity with recombinant human IGSF4D. Species Sequence Homology: Canine, mouse - 99%.
