CEBP beta, phosphorylated (CCAAT Enhancer Bnding Protein beta)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
1051
Reactivity
Rat
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Detects endogenous levels of rat C/EBP• protein (phosphorylation-state independent). Does not crossreact with other rat C/EBP family members, including •, •, •, • and •. It also does not recognize the p20 LIP rat C/EBP• isoform. Species Crossreactivity: Expected to crossreact with mouse according to sequence similarity.
