ZO-2, CT (Tight Junction-associated Polypeptide, Zonula Occludens 2)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the ~130-160kD human ZO-2 protein, isoforms A or C. A band of unknown origin lower than 75kD may be observed in certain lysates. Species Crossreactivity: rat, canine and mouse
