IgG, F(ab')2, X-adsorbed

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specific for mouse IgG F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(ab')2 and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgG F(c) or bovine, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.
