Ephrin A4 (EFNA4)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes mouse ephrin-A4 protein. Reactivity is con rmed with a chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular domain of human ephrin-A4 and the Fc region of human IgG1. Crossreactivity with human ephrin-A4 is also con rmed with IHC experiments on human tissue sections and this reactivity was expected because of the 80% shared amino acid identity in the extracellular domains.
