IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (Biotin)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes rabbit IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rat Serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against human, goat and mouse serum proteins.
