Specificity
Recognizes rat Adenosine A1 receptor (A1R) at 79 and 39kD bands in cortical membranes. The 79kD band can be converted to 39kD band by agonist or antagonist treatment and could represent A1R dimers. Species Crossreactivity: human, porcine, sheep and guinea pig.
