RAD9, phosphorylated (Ser1129)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
819713
Reactivity
Yeast
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Phospho-specific polyclonal antibody reacts with phosphorylated pS1260 of yeast Rad9. Reactivity with non-phosphorylated yeast Rad9 is minimal by ELISA and immunoblotting. No reactivity is expected against the human or mouse analogs of RAD9. Reactivity against RAD9 from other sources is unknown. Crossreactivity may occur with auto-phosphorylated Rad53 kinase.
