Clocinnamox mesylate

Clocinnamox mesylate is an irreversible, systemically active μ-opioid receptor antagonist with high affinity (apparent Ki values: μ=0.7 nM, δ=1.9 nM, κ=5.7 nM in mice) . It is a valuable research tool for investigating opioid receptor function and mechanisms of antagonism in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo pharmacological studies.
