CD115, phosphorylated (Tyr809) (c-fms, Fms, CSF-1R, M-CSFR)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
1436
Reactivity
Human, Mouse
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Recognizes endogenous levels of human M-CSF receptors at ~175kD only when phosphorylated at Tyr809. Slight crossreactivity with activated KDR and PDGF receptor. Does not crossreact with other unrelated tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.
