OTS514 hydrochloride is a potent and selective TOPK inhibitor with nanomolar IC50 values against small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cell lines. It suppresses tumor growth by inhibiting FOXM1 activity and demonstrates enhanced cytotoxicity against CD90-positive and sphere-derived cancer stem-like cells in vitro.
