Prexasertib lactate hydrate

Prexasertib is a potent and selective inhibitor of checkpoint kinases CHK1 and CHK2. It induces replication catastrophe and antitumor activity primarily through CHK1-dependent mechanisms, as demonstrated in both in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft models for cancer research.
