Prexasertib mesylate
Prexasertib (LY2606368) is a potent, selective inhibitor of checkpoint kinases CHK1 and CHK2. It induces replication catastrophe and DNA damage in S-phase cells, enhancing the efficacy of conventional therapies in models of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, as demonstrated in both in vitro and in vivo research.
