Sacubitril sodium (AHU-377) is a potent neprilysin (NEP) inhibitor with an IC50 of 5 nM. It is widely used in cardiovascular research, particularly in studies of heart failure and hypertension, both in vitro and in animal models, often in combination with valsartan.
