Specificity
Recognizes endogenous levels of total human p44/42 MAP kinase (Erk1/Erk2) protein. In some cell types, recognizes p44 MAPK more readily than p42 MAPK. Does not recognize JNK/SAPK nor p38 MAP kinase. Species Crossreactivity: Human, mouse, rat, hamster, zebrafish.
