YZ129 is a small molecule HSP90 inhibitor that disrupts the HSP90-calcineurin-NFAT pathway, blocking NFAT nuclear translocation (IC50 = 820 nM) . It induces G2/M phase arrest, apoptosis, and inhibits proliferation and migration in glioblastoma cells, making it a candidate for in vitro and in vivo neuro-oncology research.
