Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-sheep serum as well as puri ed and partially puri ed porcine kidney D-Amino Acid Oxidase. Crossreactivity against D-Amino Acid Oxidase from other tissues and species may occur.
