ERK-1/2, phosphorylated (Thr202, Tyr204)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes ERK 1+2 when phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204. On Western blots, it identi es two bands at ~42 and 44kD. Reactivity has been con rmed with UV-treated human Jurkat cell lysates. Immunolabeling in UV-treated Jurkat cells is blocked by the phosphopeptide, but not by the dephosphopeptide.
