IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed, 12nm (Gold)

May be stored at 4 °C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 °C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive.

Recognizes the Fc portion of mouse IgG, heavy chain but not the Fab portion of mouse IgG's. Does not react with mouse IgM or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Exhibits minimal crossreactivity with human, bovine and equine serum proteins.
