P-Aminobenzamidine dihydrochloride
4-Aminobenzamidine dihydrochloride is a potent and selective trypsin inhibitor with weaker activity against urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA; Ki=82 μM) . It is widely used in protease inhibition studies and has demonstrated in vivo efficacy by suppressing human prostate tumor growth in SCID mouse models.
