Danoprevir
Danoprevir (RG7227) is a potent, peptidomimetic inhibitor of the HCV NS3/4A protease, exhibiting activity in the low nanomolar range (IC50=0.2-3.5 nM) . It has been utilized in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo animal studies to investigate hepatitis C virus replication and protease function.
