Storage Conditions

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity

Recognizes human Adenosine A2b receptor. Recognizes a band of ~50-52kD in several rat, mouse and human tissues (thymus, placenta, colon and small intestine). Also recognizes the 35kD band in small intestine. Does not recognize the native receptors. No bands were detected in skeletal muscle or heart. Will not recognize native protein in immunoprecipitation experiments. Species crossreactivity: rat and mouse.
