AV123
AV123 is a non-cytotoxic, small-molecule inhibitor of RIPK1 (IC50 = 12.12 μM) that selectively blocks TNF-α-induced necroptosis (EC50 = 1.7 μM) without affecting apoptosis. Its application in research extends to studying necroptosis-related pathologies, including ischemia-reperfusion injury, neurodegenerative diseases, and inflammatory conditions, in both cellular and animal models.
