Jagged1 (JAG1, AGS, AHD, AWS, HJ1, JAGL1, Alagille syndrome protein)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human Jagged1 (JAG1). A band at ~150kD corresponding to Jagged-1 in mouse liver whole cell lysates and a ~75kD band in human brain and kidney lysates. Species Crossreactivity
