Tryptase, beta1 (TPSB1, MCPT7, Mast Cell Protease 7)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconsitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assays buffer.

Recognizes mouse Tryptase, beta1 in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. Shows ~10% crossreactivity with recombinant human TPSB2, 5% crossreactivity with recombinant human TPS1 and less than 1% crossreactivity with recombinant human TPSG1 and recombinant mouse MCPT1.
