DHODH-IN-17 is a potent and selective inhibitor of human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) with an IC50 of 0.40 μM. This 2-anilino nicotinic acid compound is a valuable chemical probe for studying DHODH biology and has demonstrated research utility in models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), both in vitro and in vivo.
