MIF098
MIF098 is a small molecule antagonist of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) . It is used in research to study idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, having been shown to inhibit PASMC proliferation and migration in vitro and attenuate pulmonary hypertension in SLE-associated models in vivo.
