Tezacitabine
Tezacitabine is a cytostatic and cytotoxic nucleoside analogue with a dual mechanism. It irreversibly inhibits ribonucleotide reductase and incorporates into DNA, causing chain termination, G1/S phase arrest, and apoptosis. It has shown research potential in studies of leukemia and solid tumors, both in vitro and in vivo.
